We are very excited to recognize Drew McEvoy as this month’s Staff Spotlight.  Drew is completing his 12th year in our district as an English Language Arts teacher.  Drew’s student-centered approach to teaching allows his students to reach their full potential and prepares them well for high school. Drew is a leader among his peers and is a key member of our middle school ELA team.  Drew is consistently sharing his teaching strategies with his peers and his students generally rank in the top 10 of our region on the New York State Assessments.  Drew has also earned the opportunity to be a mentor for our newly hired educators. When Drew is not in the classroom, you can find him on the soccer field coaching our modified team or volunteering his time at our PBIS fun nights.   Drew is a huge asset to our district and community!
