ATTENTION, CLASS OF 2024, FAMILIES and COMMUNITY MEMBERS! Please see an important message from Mr. Schenone regarding the change in date for our Commencement Ceremony:
I wanted to send an update about our graduation ceremony. Based on the current weather forecast, we are going to move our graduation ceremony to Tuesday evening. With thunderstorms predicted for Wednesday, we want to make sure that our ceremony is a safe event for all. We asked families to reserve both Tuesday and Thursday evenings as alternate times, hoping we would not need them. Unfortunately, the forecast is not cooperating with us this year and we are moving the ceremony to Tuesday at 6:30.
We understand how important this event is and want to make it as memorable for our graduates as possible. The inconvenience that comes with adjusting plans, especially with families traveling from out of town is regrettable, but this will ensure that our event can take place safely.
The graduation rehearsal for the Seniors will still take place on Tuesday morning at 11:00 am. The parade will take place on Tuesday evening immediately following our ceremony. I appreciate your flexibility and support.
Respectfully,
Eric Schenone

The Elementary Student Council took a field trip to visit Mayor Miller at The Village Hall. They learned all about the roles of a mayor, the election process, serving our community, the importance of honesty, communication, and the drive to want to do the right thing, along with much more. After this, they visited The Corinth Food Cupboard. Students learned how families are served, went "shopping,," stocked shelves, and received a treat. Thank you to our Mayor for making the time for us, our drinks, and flags! Thank you to Hank and Phyllis for opening up for us today and our treats! Our Corinth Community is very fortunate to have so many willing to serve and assist our citizens. We look forward to future trips!
A big shout out to advisor, Mrs. Fuller, for helping our students to model the character strengths of our Positivity Project for their peers (leadership, other people matter, purpose, kindness, curiosity and so much more)! Well done, Riverhawks!!
