The Class of 2023 returned home Wednesday from a 3 day Senior Trip to Franklin D. Roosevelt’s home in Hyde Park and Villa Roma, an all inclusive resort in the Catskills!
Our students received compliments on their behavior and made us proud!

CONGRATULATIONS to our Mountaineer Track Star, Colby Hanna, who had a BIG DAY at the track state qualifiers today!
Colby not only finished first, he also broke the school record from 1967 for the Long Jump and will move on to compete at STATES!!! WAY TO GO, Colby!!!
We wish our Mountaineer Varsity Boys Varsity Track Team much success in the state qualifiers today and tomorrow!

The C.A.R.E. Committee was recently the recipient of a $500 grant for school supplies from the National Society of High School Scholars. The grant will be used to help fund the CARE Back to School Fair in August! Look for more info on the event coming soon!

Our CHS World Language Club enjoyed the annual Mexican Dinner recently at the Mexican Connection in Saratoga!
Students were able to taste authentic Mexican foods, socialize and enjoy a great night out!

Wednesday night was our annual Senior Awards Night at CHS!
Forty-Four seniors were honored with 72 different scholarships valuing over $63,000!

Our Corinth Middle School PBIS Committee hosted an "Outdoor Games Extravaganza" on Thursday afternoon! Students who demonstrated safe, respectful and responsible behavior could choose to sign up with 10 PBIS tickets to attend and enjoy the outdoors fun and socialization!
Our third grade students recently visited the Wilton Wildlife Preserve on their field trip. They explored a pond, meadow and forest ecosystem, collecting specimens and analyzing scientific information!
Thank you to the grade 3 team for this great hands-on outdoor experience!
The high school students arrived this morning to the CHS SADD members, who took part in the Mock Crash, lining the main hall, standing silent, holding yellow caution posters with statistics on teen driving while distracted, under the influence or texting.

Big news from the CHS Athletic Department from Coach Parker:
"Congratulations to Logan Shippee for reaching the first achievement level in our CHS Weightlifting program, reaching 4 different goals in the areas tested.
Logan benches 160 pounds, squats 225 pounds, deadlifts 365 pounds and cleans 155 pounds!
Logan has worked incredibly hard over the year trying to PR each time we test and that was the reason he was able to reach our first level! I am very proud of his accomplishment!"
Way to go, Logan!
Congratulations to our CMS 5th and 6th grade concert performers! Guests were treated to chorus, hand bell and band selections! Great job, students!
